Hobart Business Networking Event for June
Topic: Take a Minute for Mental Health and Wellbeing
Amanda Aitken from the Mental Health Council of Tasmania will talk about the recently launched Take a minute program, a free, state government-funded initiative that takes a unique, strengths-based approach to mental wellbeing.
The campaign focuses on promotion, prevention, and early intervention support by addressing wellbeing proactively and avoiding overlap with other programs, instead providing an additional resource that strengthens what you may already have in place.
